Separation and divorce can feel like a roller coaster ride of emotions and challenges. This therapist-led group provides a safe environment to help women move forward by sharing their narratives and being with others who understand their experience

With a focus on moving forward, this group will address common issues that women face during this difficult time of transition, such as grief, loss, anger, self-esteem, legal and financial concerns, parenting/co-parenting issues, and managing change. The group will provide support, encouragement, and sharing of resources for participants in a safe, nurturing, and confidential setting to build security, confidence, and hope for the future.

This group is for women who are planning for separation or divorce, in the process of separating or divorcing, or recently separated or divorced
Trans Women Support Group
This group is for transgender women who want to process transition related issues.
Participants in the group will meet twice a month. Each session will run 90 minutes.
