Grace Gray, MSW, LCSW
Psychotherapist
PhD in neural sciences
Grace Gray (She/Her/Hers) specializes in counseling individual adolescents and adults as well as couples and families. Grace's areas of focus include Gender Identity issues, especially in adolescents, developmental trauma (Level 2 training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which specifically addresses this kind of trauma), depression, anxiety, and executive functioning disorders (including ADHD). Grace also has training in EMDR (eye movement and desensitization reprogramming) and TIR (traumatic incident reduction), which are both used in the treatment of trauma.
Diane Bowers, MSW, LCSW

Diane specializes in counseling adults in English or Spanish with a special focus on substance abuse disorders, addictions, recovery coaching, relapse prevention, dual diagnosis, co-dependency, PTSD, domestic violence survivors, trauma recovery, anger management, LGBTQ, and self acceptance.
Nellis K. Crigler, LPC
Psychotherapist
Nellis provides counseling for adults in English and Spanish. She specializes in anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, grief and bereavement, cancer and chronic illness, aging/caregiving, and multicultural/culture shock issues
Kathianne Smith, MSW, LCSW
Kathianne Smith specializes in individual and family therapy, and couples. She works with children adolescents, and adults and is LGTBQ affirming. Her areas of focus include child and family therapy including play therapy, parenting, trauma, attachment disorder, adoption, autism spectrum disorder, and more. Kathianne is a certified Competent Trauma Professional, EMDR II trained, and trained in formal Attachment Assessments and Theraplay, Adoption Competent (TAC trained). TAC is the prestigious Training for Adoption Competency program that trains mental health therapists nationwide. These mental health professionals are certified as having the specialized skills to address the unique needs of adoptive, kinship and foster families.
Ami Lynch, PhD, MSW, LCSW, LICSW
Ami is a psychotherapist who specializes in counseling adolescents, adults, couples, and families, of all genders and sexual orientations. Her areas of focus include trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, stress reduction, LGBTQIA+ concerns and identity issues, family disruptions, and relationships (including polyamory/ENM/CNM) (in no particular order). Ami also works with those who have experienced misattributed parentage (MPE), often discovered by an online DNA/ancestry test. Ami supports clients experiencing grief and loss.
Jennifer Fuller, MMFT, LMHP-R
Marriage and Family Therapist, Counseling Resident at Across Counseling, supervisor Stefani Whetzel, LMFT-S, LPC. Jennifer specializes in counseling couples and families of all genders and sexual orientations, adults only and also counseling for individuals. Jennifer has several years experience providing counseling with couples and families of various constellations. She also has experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and kink couples. She also has extensive experience with couples and families involving substance abuse. Jennifer is comfortable working with clients of all relationship preferences.
Alexandra Harvey, MSW
Alexandra works with individual adult men and women, teens, and groups. J. Blake Rushin, M.Ed
Blake Rushin provides fitness motivation and support on an individual basis. This is often provided as an adjunct to our other therapeutic services but is also offered as a stand alone program. Exercise and fitness are important contributors to good mental health and can aid in alleviating problems with stress, anxiety, depression and other issues.
